Our approach to nutrition is rooted in creating healthy, sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets. Through personalised nutrition coaching, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how to fuel your body in a way that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. From intuitive eating and balanced meal planning to tackling emotional eating, our sessions will provide you with the knowledge and tools to nourish yourself effectively. Using practical guidance and tools including food awareness, healthy simple swaps, meal plans and recipes, our coaching is tailored to your needs, helping you develop a positive relationship with food and achieve lasting wellness.

INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL

BEFORE YOUR INITIAL SESSION
To maximise our time together, you’ll complete an online health questionnaire that includes your health history and a general overview of what you are hoping to address. We ask that this is submitted at least 24-48 hours prior to your first session.
INITIAL SESSION (60 mins)
We'll review your completed health forms, identify key areas to address with dietary and lifestyle recommendations and gather your food preferences. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and, if relevant, record your measurements using smart scales. You’ll receive a Nutrition 101 Guide, a focus on 1–3 key nutrition changes to get started and be provided with a food journal to complete for your next session.
INBETWEEN SESSIONS
Your personalised meal plan will be prepared and provided based on your goals, food preferences, and measurements. This will be given at your first follow up session.
FOLLOW UP SESSION 1 (30-45mins)
We’ll review your initial progress and discuss your food awareness journal. You'll receive your personalised meal plan and adjust as needed based on your food awareness journal and ensure it incorporates adequate variety and aligns with your preferences.
FOLLOW UP SESSION 2 (30 mins)
We’ll evaluate how well the plan is working by tracking your progress through how you’re feeling, changes in habits, and updated measurements. This session provides a chance to address any questions and fine tune our approach. Together, we’ll discuss your future strategy for maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle or plan any additional support sessions as needed.
FLEXIBLE ADD ONS
Additional Nutrition Coaching sessions can be added on for $70 or additional meal plans can be added for just $50 as part of this limited time promotion.

Our Nutrition Coaching services are designed to provide guidance and support for building healthy, sustainable habits. However, there are certain medical and health conditions that require specialised care from an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) or other healthcare professionals.
If you fall into any of the categories below, we recommend visiting your GP to obtain a referral for a qualified dietitian or specialist:
