Life is busy. Your mind is busy. Work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between can leave you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or “switched on” all the time. Our meditation classes are designed for real people, not perfectionists — for those who want to slow down, reset, and carve out space for themselves.
Whether you’ve never meditated before or you’ve tried other classes that felt intimidating, our sessions are beginner friendly, approachable, and designed to work for the everyday person.
Empowered Meditation isn’t your usual serious, quiet, solo meditation class. While we still offer grounding, relaxation, and mindfulness, we also focus on community, connection, and joy.
Here’s what makes us unique:
Mondays at 7pm with Lana — grounding, calming, may include sound elements
Wednesdays at 7pm with Sam — relaxation, visualisation, and mindfulness
Each class runs for 45 minutes and is fully guided, making it suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced meditators. You’ll be gently led through grounding techniques designed to calm your nervous system and breath awareness exercises to help manage stress and sharpen your focus. Classes also include mindfulness and visualisation practices that support emotional wellbeing and help you feel more present in the moment.
We finish each session with a herbal tea and a chance to connect with others, sharing reflections, laughs, and the sense of community that makes our classes feel so welcoming and different from your usual meditation group. By the end of each session, you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more relaxed, ready to carry that sense of peace into the rest of your evening.

The OG Founders Membership guarantees your weekly spot at the lowest cost per class, removes the need for monthly rebooking, and supports your wellbeing through consistency and routine. This membership is offered via direct debit, with no lock in contracts, just a minimum 12 week commitment, no joining fee, and the flexibility to cancel anytime after that.
