HOLISTICALLY YOU - 12 Month Program

 

Empowered Holistic Counselling & Wellness is thrilled to announce the launch of our 12 month program, "Holistically You," starting in 2025. "Holistically You" combines Holistic Counselling, Nutrition Coaching, and Mindfulness, offering you an opportunity to fully commit to your health and wellbeing. With one on one support throughout our 12 month program, be guided through a personalised journey of self development, knowledge and commitment as we work together to achieve your goals. "Holistically You" will support you in creating sustainable habits, deepen self awareness, and enhance your mindset and nutritional knowledge.


The 12-month program includes:

  • An Initial Consultation to define your goals, followed by fortnightly coaching sessions throughout 2025.
  • Nutrition plan, periodic meal plan updates, and E-Recipes.
  • Access to any three workshops from our Holistically You monthly wellness series of your choice in 2025.
  • Attendance to meditation classes facilitated by Sam onsite at Empowered 
  • Exclusive access to a private Facebook group, offering a space to connect with fellow participants, share experiences, ask questions, and receive extra support and guidance throughout your wellness journey.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Holistically You Monthly Wellness Workshops

To support our brand new 12 month program, HOLISTICALLY YOU, we have launched a monthly wellness series. Whether you are apart of the program or would just like some insight, you’ll gain practical tools and self care techniques to feel more balanced and empowered. You’ll also receive handouts, recipes, journalling prompts, and support from a like minded community. Expect a journey of growth, with each month building on the last, helping you create lasting, positive change. 

JAN - Be Motivated

Our first Holistically You wellness series workshop, BE MOTIVATED, is all about kickstarting your journey with clarity and focus. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Goal Setting: Learn how to set meaningful and achievable goals
  • Overcoming Challenges: Discover strategies to break through barriers and stay on track when motivation dips
  • Actionable Steps: Learn how to break down your big dreams into small, achievable actions that lead to success 
  • Vision Board Creation: Bring your goals to life visually with a personalised vision board to inspire and guide you
  • Connection: Build meaningful connections with others as you explore your goals in a supportive space

FEB - Be Mindful

 February’s Holistically You wellness series workshop, BE MINDFUL, invites you to discover the power of presence.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation: Explore simple practices to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and cultivate calm in your everyday life.
  • Mindful Eating: Learn how to savour each bite and reconnect with your body, fostering a healthier and more enjoyable relationship with food.
  • Practical Tools: Take home techniques to weave mindfulness into your daily routine

MAR - Be Nourished

Your body knows what it needs—you just need to tune in. This month, we’ll dive into intuitive eating, exploring how to reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues. By learning to listen, you can create a healthy, sustainable approach to nourishment that feels good for both body and mind. 

  • Practical tools for eating mindfully and confidently.
  • Strategies to nourish your body and trust its signals.
  • A fresh perspective on food as a source of comfort and self care.
