We are pleased to announce that Sounds of Sundays - Sound Healing with Lana Devjak is back at Empowered Holistic Counselling & Wellness. We had so much incredible feedback from our last event so we are thrilled to have secured her talented self again.

Yoga classes by the talented Carolina Oses, moving to Mondays!
The incredible Carolina Oses will be bringing back her calm and centered energy to our space each month. Carolina guides us through a series of sequences with the first three weeks exploring Hatha/Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga before finishing each term with Yin - the perfect balance! These classes are suitable for all levels. Joining us for a 4 week block will increase strength progressively in addition to offering discounted classes.

Meditation classes by Sam Murray, all levels and experience welcome
Join us for a 4 week term using guided meditation to support your wellbeing. Each week across the term allows progression and uses a range of meditation and mindfulness to help relieve stress and find inner balance. August offers an 8pm class on Mondays.
MEDITATION MONDAYS
This casual class pass gives you access to one of our classes, without the commitment of a term. Casual classes are subject to availability for each term. This June we have casual class passes available for our guided mindfulness and meditation classes at 8pm.
The Social Circle, hosted by Empowered Holistic Counselling & Wellness, is bringing monthly social events to the wider Macarthur area to support community connection. A chance to get out of the house, make new friends and try something fun in a no judgment zone. Our events are open to all adults, unless stated otherwise.

Join us in this casual art event where you can meet new people, get creative and have some social fun. We will have a range of art activities for you to choose from to keep us entertained. Whether that is using pens, textas, paint, or gems, our artsy afternoon has you covered.

Mindful Making - Mindful Crafts, Yoga & Meditation!
Join Maria from Handwork Connections as she guides us through a combination of activities including Mindful Mark Making using coloured Artline pens and getting crafty by making Stress Less Balls, alongside gentle yoga, pranayama and meditation. A true holistic approach to getting out of our heads and into our bodies, using a range of mindfulness activities.
