At Empowered Holistic Counselling & Wellness, your time and ours is important. By booking, you agree to our Cancellation & Payment Policy, which includes fees for late cancellations and no-shows. A valid card is required on file and will be charged directly for any applicable fees.

Empowered Holistic Counselling & Wellness offers a unique approach to counselling with Walk and Talk therapy. By combining gentle exercise, time in nature and counselling, Walk and Talks offer a true holistic approach to your mental health and wellbeing. Clients often find these sessions to be less formal, more relaxed and can be more open when walking side by side. Please use the below times as a GUIDE ONLY and always contact us prior to booking to ensure the time is still available as Sam may need additional travel time, pending her location that day.
